| Frequently
Asked Questions
1)
Can we see a few mock designs before we begin (to
see if you are the right fit for us)? |
Top |
In order for us to develop a product that
meets your specific needs, we need to go thorough an information
gathering process called Client Discovery (CD). It is with
this process that we are able to identify your overall goals
and needs, so that we can develop a product that not only
meets them, but also exceed your expectations. Our time,
like yours, is valuable and doing design work without specifics
does not allow for a potential client to grasp the range
of possibilities that may exist for their specific needs.
Additionally, in this very competitive environment,
it is our policy not to share draft products without having
some form of assurances (by way of MOU or contract) mock
designs will not be co-opted by potential clients. Once
an agreement is in place, our staff will work exclusively
with you the client to ensure that your needs and goals
are factored into sample designs.
2)
How much will it cost? |
Top |
Because we design products with specific goals
and needs of the client, we will create designs and logos
that are tailored to the wishes of the client. A typical
design product will have the following factors in determining
cost. The factors are; number of pages, flash, database
interaction, e-commerce and imagery.
3)
Why should we chose Creative Communique? |
Top |
You should choose Creative Communiqué
because we are unique from other larger companies that are
in the branding and imagery genre. We set our self apart
by the personalized attention that is paid to each client.
We are not an extremely large organization that utilizes
numerous staff people. Your needs and desires will be addressed
directly by our founder and Chief Executive. We clearly
understand that if we cannot make the client satisfied,
our existence is threatened. Therefore, our personal client
attention has become one of the hallmarks of this organization.
Additionally, we have a unique perspective
on branding and imagery as our chief designer has the unusual
experience of being an experienced computer programmer and
is well established in desktop publishing and design. Blending
those two skill sets will create a product that is highly
specialized. We will try to create a product that is specific
to your needs, rather than have you the client fit your
needs into a boilerplate solution.
4) What will
be the process from start to finish? |
Top |
Once an interest in our organization is communicated
to us, our founder and Chief Executive will personally give
you a call to schedule an appointment to meet with you.
It is at this meeting that the process actually begins.
The first initial contact you will have with anyone is that
of our founder.
During that meeting, we will assess your needs
and also make suggestions to the client as to the direction
of the project. Samples and other creations will be a part
of this meeting. You will be given an opportunity to demo
certain completed projects. A needs analysis will be performed
to assess the viability of the proposed project and finally,
you will be given an opportunity to have any questions or
apprehensions addressed.
If we are selected to create your final product,
an immediate push will be made to create samples specific
to your organization will be created. These samples will
not be shared with the client until a signed contract or
memorandum of understanding is created.
The client will then have the opportunity
to accept or reject the samples. Once a sample is agreed
upon, we will commence all the necessary programming that
needs to be done (if the project is a web site design and
build), or the necessary design work will be done (if the
project is a logo design).
Whatever the project is, we will ensure that
the founder and Chief Executive Officer will address all
questions and anxieties of the client. This personalized
attention will continue until the project is complete and
the client signs off on the project.
This process can be as short as one week,
or as long as one month. The length of time for this process
depends solely on what the client wants done in the project.
That is the reason why the initial meeting to determine
goals and objectives is so important.
