Cool Tools

Handy Snap - This program does screen captures, you can select the size of the screen capture, you can also add "sprites" which allows you to add information about sections of the screen. It is free, try it!

Easy Thumbnails - Free utility for creating thumbnail images and scaled-down/up copies from a wide range of popular picture formats.
